We have so many Guests each year with a desire to visit Ireland, either in addition to spending time in Scotland or for a purely Irish experience which will inevitably be just as memorable.  Ireland is a truly beautiful place, from the mountains of Kerry in the south to the wilderness of Connemara in the west, the lush green country of County Wicklow in the east and the magnificent Giant's Causeway in the north.  There is so much Celtic heritage to discover, and great cities such as Dublin and Galway to explore.  So relax and enjoy the scenery, and soak up the atmosphere in a traditional pub over a pint of the black stuff - the craic is always mighty!

Let us know if there is anywhere specific you would like to visit, give us a duration for your vacation, then sit back while we work with you to design a very personalised Irish experience. If you have decided you want a vacation in Ireland but you're not sure what to include, then we are just as happy to take time and discuss all options with you.  Or why not combine Scotland and Ireland in one trip?  If you have family connections to Ireland, let us know what places are of relevance and we can try to include them for you.  All options are possible!

O'Connors BarStaff member Jill McKean at Scottish Highland Trails is Scottish born and bred (and proud of it!) but an early career opportunity took her to Dublin in 1998. Some six or so years later Jill returned to Scotland and now Scottish Highland Trails can reap the benefits of this time spent in Ireland!  A regular visitor still to the Emerald Isle, Jill has travelled widely throughout Ireland over the years and would be only too happy to help you plan your Ireland trip.  Contact her at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
