We
encourage our Guests to give as much information as possible about
their likes and dislikes. It could be history in which case we will
consider places like Culloden, Bannockburn, Stirling Castle, Edinburgh
Castle and the Wallace Monument for your tour. It could be sport in
which case we will consider fishing on some of the great salmon rivers
like the Spey and the Tay. It could be hiking in the Cairngorm Mountain
area, Glencoe or Glen Nevis, and if its to be water sports we might
consider Loch Insh or Loch Tay. For Genealogists, we will concentrate
time in places of relevance to your family and for whisky lovers,
we will create a route through the famous Whisky Trail with as many
single malt distillery visits as you can handle. For Pipers and Pipe
Bands visiting Scotland we can link contests and 'Highland Games'
into an itinerary encompassing accommodation and transport. |
Scotland's traditional music scene thrives. It could be traditional music either in formal settings, at folk festivals, or at the great informal sessions that can be found in bars throughout the Country, or you could take in Glasgow's excellent 'Celtic Connections' Festival which attracts traditional musicians from throughout the world. There's classical music, ballet and opera in the great concert halls of Scotland's cities with the world famous Edinburgh International Festival standing above the rest. |
